Kristen Wiig to Star in “Ghost Town”

Kristen Wiig, the “Saturday Night Live” cast member, will join Ricky Gervais in the comedy titled “Ghost Town”.
“Ghost Town” tells the story of a dentist, played by Ricky Gervais, who will have a near-death experience during a routine surgery and who will gain the ability of seeing dead people who are asking for his help in contacting their living.
Kristen Wiig will play the surgeon of Ricky Gervais’ character in the comedy directed by David Koepp for DreamWorks.
Kristen Wiig has also been a cast member as the female lead role opposite Paul Giamatti and Billy Cudrup in another comedy, “Pretty Bird”.
Wiig has been recently in movie theaters with “Knocked Up” and she will return on the screens in the fall for her third season on “Saturday Night Live”, while upcoming movies included Sony’s “Brothers Solomon”, where Wiig stars opposite Will Forte and Will Arnett, and “Walk Hard”.
